This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how we, Sesa Care Private Limited (“Company” or “Sesa Care”) uses and protects any information received by the Company when you use or access the website, the software or any products/services provided by the Company through www.visconti.in (collectively “Website”).Company is committed to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses and shares your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Website as further described in the Company Terms and Conditions available at https://www.visconti.in/pages/terms-and-conditions. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You hereby expressly consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal information may be stored, processed or transmitted in India or any other part of the world, where laws regarding storing, processing or transmitting of personal information may be less restrictive than the laws in your country. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the Website. By mere use of or access to the Website, you expressly consent to Company's use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A. TYPES OF INFORMATION COMPANY COLLECTS

Company collects personal information from you in a variety of ways when you use Website, such as:

Company collects, and associates with your account information, your name, your company’s name, birth date, email address, phone number, profile details, work, gender, address and other personally identifiable information. Company reserves the right to use and share the information shared by you for creation of profile on the Website in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of use of the Website.

Others working for Company - The Company uses certain trusted third parties to help the Company provide, improve, protect, and promote the Website (such as third-party analytics tools/services to help Company measure traffic and usage trends for the Website). Company also shares the information with its vendors and third-party service providers for providing various services including but not limited to packaging and delivering the Products. Any data shared with third-party social media platforms will be governed by such third-party social media platforms’ privacy policy.

Generally with your Consent- Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting on Website may become available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings that you set.       1. Retention- Company will retain your personal information for as long as we need it to fulfil the purpose for which the information was collected. Further, the retention of information by the Company is determined basis the compliance with applicable law including legal, accounting and compliance reporting requirements for the time being in force. Company may keep your information after you stop being a customer of Website to respond to a question or complaint or to establish, exercise or defend our legal claims.

No warranty- Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through Website secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, or not qualified to form a legally binding contract, you may use Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

      F. SECURITY OF INFORMATION
      - Although the Company endeavours to secure your data in our control, transmissions made by means of the internet cannot be made absolutely secure.  By using Website, you agree that we shall have no liability for disclosure and/or transmission of your information due to errors in transmission; unauthorized acts of third parties; any reasons beyond our control; and/or any of your actions / omissions or any person acting on your behalf. Further, you shall be responsible to adopt and implement security practices to secure your data as well, by not revealing account/login/passwords/financial information such as bank details, OTPs and other sensitive personal information to any other person. In the event you suspect that any personal information has/may have been disseminated or in case of any information breach, you may reach out to our grievance redressal officer as per the details provided in this Privacy Policy, and any applicable regulator or authority of a breach.

      G. VIEW AND CHANGES TO YOUR INFORMATION -
      You may write an e-mail at consumer.care@visconti.in to Company to ascertain the personal information that you have shared with Company. You may make some changes to your personal information by editing your user account or by sending the Company an e-mail at consumer.care@visconti.in. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Company, at all times. Company is not responsible for any third-party functionality, privacy or security policies that you are bound by. Please do your part to help Company.

      H. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
      - You have an option to withdraw your consent to process your information for all or any specific purpose by submitting a written request to the Company. Upon withdrawal of consent, we reserve the right to restrict your further usage of Website or provide/use any services thereunder, without any obligations or liability, whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, law, equity or otherwise, in this regard. However, please note that such withdrawal of consent does not affect Company’s ability to hold and process your information for and in compliance with applicable laws.

      I. CHANGES -
      Company may share some or all of your information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, collaboration, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of its business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your information may also be transferred as a business asset. If another entity acquires Company or its business or assets, that entity will possess all your information collected by the Company and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Company may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Company makes any changes to this Privacy Policy, the last modified Privacy Policy shall be applicable to you.

      K. GRIEVANCE OFFICER-
      Company welcomes your comments or questions regarding this Privacy Policy or an enquiry relating to your personal information (including reviewing or updating).
